Hiding Products by Customer Group

Hello,

I have created customer groups, and used the advanced product tab to allow a specified customer group access. Although this action hides the price in disables access to the item to customers not belonging to said group, the item is still visible in the category search listing and on the featured items listing on the home page. How can I hide the item from customers not belonging to said group?

I don't think you can. I believe the only way you can work around this is by using specific categories that are only useable by certain groups. This may or may not work for your use case.
