Smarter Mail Password

Is it just me, or has everyone else also been required to lengthen their login password for Smarter Mail? Twelve character minimum, including at least one each of numbers, lower case letters, upper case letters, AND symbols? Why so excessive? This isn't Fort Knox for goodness sake! This is just really too much. I'm all for security, but give me a break.

We had to change ours yesterday. Its really silly to require such a strong password for email. Its really going to get ridiculous if we have to change it every 90 days and cant use an older one.

Side note: Since they updated "Smarter Mail" our link within the admin area no longer automatically logs us in. Not sure if this is a known issue or not.

Just remember to check "remember me" when you sign in. After that your autologin should work
