Mobile site will not scroll

I checked my mobile site and noticed when I am on the checkout page the page will not scroll down so users can enter their billing/shipping information. This happens whether I am logged in or not.

Has anyone else noticed this and/or have a fix?

Edit: I guess my second question is, where do we find the mobile files? I was going to revert my checkout page back to the original to see if this corrected the issue and no longer see them in the template section.

The mobile template files have to be accessed and updated through FTP - they are in the following directory: /web/mobile/templates

Thank you. That does help. I gave up looking for them through Settings > Design. I thought they used to be in there.
