As a new user it was frustrating to learn that when exporting Spreadsheets for products or Customers, that not all available columns are always displayed.
You have to check the import samples as well.
For example, for exporting customers the spreadsheet does not include a password column. Yet the sample import template shows a password column. this allows you to import a customer list and assign a default password to the new customers. Leaving it blank does not change the existing password.
It makes me wonder what other little differences there are, but atleast now I know to check.
