Configring for Bizrate/Shopzilla

Is anyone using Bizrate/Shopzilla Point-of-Sale reviews on their site? They're working for us alright so far, but I would like to pass on some of the "Customer data pass-in values" mentioned in this post by Bizrate: Buyers’ Point-of-Sale Code

I haven't been able to figure it out by searching the forums and knowledgebase -- and will contact 3dcart support if there aren't any answers here -- but thought I would ask around first.
