Create a Mobile Page?

I know about mcommerce but anyone here knows how to create a single new mobile page.

For example I want to add a Shipping policy link in the mcommerce section of my website that is in the "mobile link" option.

However I want to know how can I convert regular page on my website into a mobile version first so I can add the link to the mcommerce.

I think you can create a normal page in your Site Content area. Make sure and then create a hyperlink in say, your mobile footer.html file.
