Coupon Codes Not Working in Phone Orders

Anyone else finding this? Trying to complete incomplete orders over the phone and creating new phone orders - established, valid coupon codes are not working. Have to instead "act" like a customer and do the transaction on the front end with customer on the phone - coupon code works.

BUT by doing it via front end, I don't have control over other things like adding additional discounts, credits, etc.

Oh, and if I go BACK to the back end to try and complete the order I started in front end, it invalidates the coupon and I have to start over - back at the front end!

No, we use coupon codes with phone orders all the time. I'd talk to support about this problem.

Yeah, we used to also, with no problem. This just started Monday.
