If you have a look at my site Soy Candles | Wholesale Soy Candles | Connecticut Candle Company you'll see the top nav bar needs to be adjusted. I'm assuming I can change this in the frame template. Looked thru it but couldn't figure out how. Is there something I can look for before contacting the template designer about modifying. Actually she added the "blog" heading so might not be the best person to ask! Thanks

In you frame.html template, there is a line for you main menu items that reads:

<td style="padding: 0px 12px;" nowrap>

change the 12px to 11px. It will scrunch (technical term) the width of all your header links by 2pixels and the blog option will now fit.

If you want an exact fit, then you will want to get with your designer and use special styles to change the width of the last element.
