When I signed up last year, I purchased the additional VAT plugin.
A customer mentioned that they add a gift certificate and it adds the Tax to the item.
The gift certificate product item is flagged as "NON-TAXABLE" on view_cart.asp and checkout_one.asp it shows with tax price as included when it should not.
I have logged a ticket with Support and it appears it is unresolvable.
Has anyone had this problem.
