First Class Mail disappeared

I have four stores with 3dcart and have just realized that First Class Mail is suddenly not being shown to my customers as a Shipping Method in ANY of my stores. Nothing has changed on the backend.
Is anyone else having this problem?
I'm a bit desperate to get it fixed, since all of our sites sell primarily small, lightweight products and First Class Mail is our most-used option. We will definitely be losing sales.

Its missing from our store as well (and my most used shipping option too). I double-checked and it is still listed on my shipping options in admin. Have errands to run now, but Ill see about sending in a support ticket to help escalate it. Hopefully this can get fixed ASAP!

An update - support has gotten First Class to show up again as a method for qualifying orders.
However, it is now pulling the USPS rates for a letter, rather than for a package. For example, a 2 oz package mailed within my same zip code should be $2.32 in First Class mail, but it is charging customers only the letter-rate of 70 cents.

We had this happen to our store a few days ago. But the problem was solved by deleting that shipping method and adding "USPS - First Class Package" as a new one.

I suspect that this has something to do with the recent increase in rates, perhaps a USPS API issue.

Do you have any very light things? I noticed it was only effecting packages under 2oz.
