quantity discounts not working

Have a sticker for sale available in various sizes. Product that has different sizes drop down. each dropdown size adds a different amount of money upcharge for that size. Need to have QTY discounts enabled on it to give them 10-20-30% off for multiples ordered. Set it up and it does not work.
