It have been 3 months now since I was told that the print button function would be fixed. We have been having to jig rig it to 80%, but now even that is not working.
Will someone from 3D respond on this? We have submitted numerous tickets and spoken with several people, but this is still an issue.
Hi, sorry for the confusion and delay. This was fixed. Your template had been edited and not updated with the patch. I reset it for you. The print button should be working for you.
I just printed an invoice and it is still not working.
Edited to add: I cleared cookies, cache etc.
Guess what... I'm sure you noticed. You're right. I missed the spacing issue when I was looking at the updated template file. There's a CSS issue in there as well. So I ran over to my web dev and he told me we're deploying this fix tomorrow.
I know it's been a long running issue but tomorrow it will be no more. If not, he owes us all beers.
We've never been able to add a print button on the template. When this gets fixed, would you post it please? We are using the templates that originally came with the free templates.
After a nice conversation with my dev whom will remain nameless for now. I first explained that he owes you guys beers. Second, I see where he went wrong... The fix was processed for the Print button on the order complete screen (the one customers see when completing an order) and he hadn't pushed the update to the Print screen that appears from the merchant clicking print.
I had him push the fix to pack-secure.com and we tested it to make sure it worked. We also added it to the deployment package to be delivered to everyone soon. I'll try to get an exact time frame.
