Custom dialog for certain shipping methods

Our rush shipper does not allow us to send to PO Boxes. We want to inform our users of this when they select this option, either by a dialog that appears when whey select that option, or when they click "submit" with that option, or something similar. We don't want it to appear for all purchases, though, just for that shipping option.

Anyone have any ideas how I can accomplish this?

I don't know how you can accomplish what you need. but here are some thoughts that might help you.

We use qTip2 - Pretty powerful tooltips which is very powerful. You need an id fir the cell or div to make the tip work.
The shipping options are injected by 3dcart, so you cannot add your own id to the cell, or div, however you might look at the html and find one to use to trigger the tip bubble.

As a worst case scenario, you can make a tip for the continue button that will show to everyone when they hover over it.
