Affiliate Not Working

Someone placed an order, i looked udner the referer and it has the persons affiliate link but the order didnt go under the affiliate anyway to edit it so it goes under?

Any idea why this wouldn't automatically go under their affiliate?

im starting to get alot of people complaining they are referring people using their link and its not going under there account.

I think thats happening is they are coming to our site under the link then they go to about us page then to home page then to wreath page to order and it removes the affiliate link.
