Ok I know this was requested on uservoice almost 5 years ago and was denied because it was possible even though it's not but here's what I would like to do:
Example: Give 10% off for 1 item purchased or get 20% off 2 or more items purchased from a specific category using the same discount code.
I have tried to contact support and the response hasn't been helpful at all or to make two different codes which is an easy solution and I know how to do but we have been testing discount codes with another ecommerce platform on a similar site and when we use 1 code that can be applied to multiple formula type discounts it gets used more and conversions are higher.
My theory: customers don't have to think about which to use and get frustrated if one doesn't work.
They have submitted a ticket but I'm wondering if anyone has had any success in doing this?
