Add a register tab in the main menu

In the top menu, I want to add a register button.
I do NOT have "Gift Registry" and I was going to edit that and change it to "Register".
What link do I use so it will go to the "register a new account" page?

So I edited Site content>Gift Registry to "Register" and pointed it to register.asp.
Is this correct?
No worky yet but I noticed editing this type of stuff takes a while to update?
