This has been the case since the Advanced cache was introduced. our number of sales, products sold, and number of items for the day on the Admin Home page do not change all day long.
I can update them by clearing the cache.
The Flash graph would have the correct number of orders, and sales total, however the table would only have a few sales from early morning, and does not update.
Support told me that the Cache updates every eight hours, 8 in the morning, and 4 in the afternoon, and midnight, so our totals for the day are correct 3 times a day.
Is everyone experiencing this, or is level one support just messing with me.
