Free Shipping and other Methods

Hi, I have a product that has Free Shipping enabled. If that is the only item in the customer's cart, the Free Shipping method is displayed, but so are all my other shipping methods (UPS, USPS) with rates.

Should that be happening?

In this case, the item isn't really a physical product but a purchased service. The shipping weight and dimensions are set to 0. Is there a better way to set up a product like this?

There is a setting (fourth option under Settings --> Shipping --> Shipping Settings) called "Free Shipping - Exclude Add. Options" that should prevent any shipping methods requiring payment if the order is eligible for Free Shipping (which would be the case for your single item checkout). Hope that does the trick!
