Category and Product Layout Question

Anyone know the way that I can make a category not have to have images? I got a excel spreadsheet with a lot of used products we are looking to liquidate and all I want to do is upload the products into this particular category using the spreadsheet. It will just have the title, quantity and price.

Trying to figure out which category style will just list them all in a line vertically with the option to the right of the title and quantity to add the item to the cart…

My main thing is not having to have an image and also not showing “no image available”
picture.

Depending on how comfortable you are with the template files, you could create a custom category_x.html layout with images removed.
