I am using Shipworks to ship.
I set it up so SW will send the "shipped" notifications instead of 3DCart.
How do I turn OFF the 3DCart "Your order has shipped" emails.
The reason I do this is because the shipping notifications no longer include the tracking numbers. I gave up on trying to fix that.
BTW; my shipped orders DO show the T numbers, but the customers' emails do not include that T number....anymore.
