Mail Server Problem: No Order Order Confirmation

3dcart server stopped sending order confirmation to our customers as well to us. We got the last order confirmation at 2am PST 2/8/13. Nothing has been changed from our side.

We are getting lots of message about order confirmation from customers.

The problem has been reported to 3dcart immediately but it is still not resolved.
Several reminders has been sent to tech support by phone and on chat.

Can 3dcart admin fix this problem?

We are still trying to get it resolved or estimated time for the resolution.

We just checked again with 3dcart chat support and got vague response

" This is not an issue I have the ability to address on the spot, it will take some time to investigate."

Finally Fixed after more then 16 hours and spending lot of time with support.
It was 3dcart internal error.
