All of my international customers orders are being declined i was wondering if someone could help me with recommended settings for international customers that are working for them. I was able to override the declines and still charge them but its not the most comfortable feeling in the world. But literally all international customers are being delcined since i turned epay on so hoping its just a setting im overlooking.

It's almost certainly an AVS issue. You likely have your gateway set to decline orders that don't have a Y (and maybe also Z) AVS response. Your international transactions are probably coming back with I or G responses and being declined at the gateway level.- Dean P. e-commerce and small business consulting
