Someone please help with coding checkout for free stun gun

i need someone to help me fix my shipping quotes during checkout where it shows both usps and ups shipping option currently it shows one or the other and im losing a lot of business when customers dont catch that there are more shipping options if you can help me ill send you a free stun gun i know this is a fairly straightforward change but coding is not my specialty please email me at [email protected]

Are you using multi page? If so I think I've got that.
