Been up and down all AM. This time we have been down for 11 minutes.

Despite the fact that 3DCart likes to take these posts down, I feel DOWNTIME is an important topic to watch.

We have been having intermittent server connection failures on our sites all day today. Talked to LiveChat and the agent said (I have the name don't want to mention here), would open a ticket. It has been 3+ hours since then, so far I haven't heard anything about it and no ticket is created. I expected better customer service than a false promise of creating a ticket to look into it.

Support did open a ticket, and responded to it at 1:00 PM saying that it was a server issue, and it had been corrected. Since then I have not had downtime.

They didn't open us our ticket.
I still get emails from our Site Monitoring system that the "Server Down" and five minutes later "Server up"... etc. Last email i got was about 1 hour ago.

Down again this AM

All,

My site went down again this AM at 6:11 AM PST. Seems that was caused by bumping up to 5.4.1. Went back up 26 minutes later at 6:37 AM.

Just a heads up.

We have 5 sites and 4 of them are slow to intermittently down this morning. They are showing the 5.4.1 version also

Servers might be choking due to the mass update to 5.4.1, although I wouldn't suspect so. Haven't noticed the issue before with other updates.

My site hasn't had any downtime, but traffic is almost non existent the past two days I've noticed. Thought something was "wrong" and keep checking thinking my site is down, but its up

Have you opened a ticket about this issue? It's definitely not related to the update since there are no major changes in the admin interface that would affect performance. If you haven't please go ahead and open a support ticket so our server admins can look into this.
