I have tried the e-mail guide that 3dcart has, as well as asking them, but they have not been of any help. I am trying to set up my e-mail to work on my iPhone. Here is what I am doing:
1. On my iPhone, Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Add Account > Other
2. Add Mail Account
3. I use my business' name for the Name field, my business' e-mail address for the Email field, the password I use to login to mail.mydomain.com for the Password field, and my business' name for the description. I then Click Next
4. I select POP (I heard 3dcart does not do IMAP). For the host name for both the incoming and outgoing mail, I enter mail.mydomain.com. For username, I enter my business' e-mail address.
5. I click Save, but always get an error.
Does anyone know how to do this? Thank you.
