Checkout procedure not working

Our customers are receiving an error message upon checkout that the mobile number is required. We do not have this as a required field. This error occurs even if the field is completed! Waiting for tech support to escalate this issue.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Was your 3dcart version updated to 5.4.1 yet, or are you still on 5.2.1? That should help them narrow down the issue source if its after update and directly related to 3dcart.

We are on 5.4.1. Do you know when this upgrade happened? Our checkout procedure was fine yesterday.

Everyone is suppose to be updated by the end of the week. Put a ticket in asap.
