Share buttons driving up bandwidth!

For the very first time I've had a huge increase in the bandwidth usage on my site this month, and my exceed my plan. I was all excited until I checked my Google analytics to see where the traffic was coming from. It appears that the top 3 referrers, representing 90% of the traffic, are from the following:

site12.social-buttons.com
site11.social-buttons.com
buttons-for-website.com

Being not so tech savvy, who the heck are these people? What can I do to block them? Or should I be happy that they found me?
