Popup window on certain product pages?

I have a few items where I would like to have a small popup window when they are viewing the product page, to make sure the customer understands certain aspects of the product. Can popup window code be added to the item HTML description?

I'm not sure if this is what will help you, but if you purchase the 3DUpsell Module, you can design pop ups to 'pop up' on whatever pages you select. With that module you can also design slides and page peels.

Yes, you can code a popup into the product's description section.

To make things cleaner you may want to put your JavaScript into your product template and then the individual product details in the product's description section.
