I have had a few customers tell me they sent for the email to reset their password, which tells them they have 10 minutes -- they get the email within 2 minutes and when they click on it, i tells them it has expired. Wondering if others have seen this. Is there a way to change the timeframe?

I think having a password "hint" would be a big help. I have about 3 different passwords I use for different websites and sometimes it had to remember what password I use for what website. It gets frustrating to know what password I used for a specific website. With the password "hint" I think it would be a huge benefit and just make the shopping experience much easier for our customers.
