Known problem - new subfolders and thumbnails - 3dCart is working on it.

Tech support is working on this issue:
"When I create a new subfolder, the image loads but the thumbnail image is broken. If I place the image in an existing subfolder, there is no problem with the thumbnail."

Just so you don't go crazy, they are aware of this issue and are working on it.
