I called support yesterday to discuss the product review module. My question was if a customer submits a review, does the system send them an email, stating the review has been submitted, basically a confirmation. I was told by support that the system does not send a confirmation email. While reviewing the email section, I find that it does in fact send a confirmation email or at least it says it does.
We rely on 3dcart support to have correct answers to our questions, after all its their system. How are we suppose feel confident about their product and/or their support staff when we are provided incorrect information. Frustrating!!
