Change product image based on the value selected of 2 or more options

Hi, I've played with the drop image option type and see how I can change the product image based on a value selected for that option. However, I want to change the product image based on the values selected for 2 or more options. For example, I have the customer select the color of t-shirt (red, orange, black, blue). Let's say they pick orange and an orange shirt is then displayed. Then, they have an option to select a trim color (black, white, blue) and based on that value, let's say black, I would change the pic to an orange shirt with black trim.

Is there any way to do this?
