Does anyone else have issues with 3DC & Stamps.com batch?

I have been having on going issues with 3DC & the Stamps.com batch process. Basically it would not update the Amazon orders as shipped that were imported and processed via 3DC.
Now a new patch update a few days ago to correct that will not let any 3DC orders update when processed via stamps.com

Yes, I am having problems with the Stamps.com batch process also. The orders do not get marked as "Shipped" on 3dcart admin. Also, the tracking numbers don't post back to 3dcart. Stamps.com said they are working with 3dcart to resolve the issue. I hope so because it is time consuming to have to enter the tracking code and change the status for each order.

The issue was corrected for me. However, 3DC still does not send out order shipped notifications.
