Pack Secure ask to speak with a support supervisor. they may not know about this stuff.
if you're waiting on development work to be done to fix some issue, well... they seem quite slow in that regard. i've been waiting months to get some minor things fixed as well (all requiring coding changes to the platform).

Alupis, I updated this thread to state that they had fixed the problem. It did go to a supervisor. This was a shopping cart problem, which has been fixed by 3D.
