USPS and FedEx tracking Issues - anyone else?

Over the past 1-2 weeks our USPS tracking information on our website have been incorrect and the FedEx tracking is not working. Are we the only ones with this issue?

Ours is working for both USPS and FedEx. I just tested a few shipment confirmation links.

Support helped up, we had to clear our cache - now it works :-) Thank you for checking!

damiencaz, did you have to clear the advanced store cache or your browser cache? If store cache, did support say how often it should be cleared?

Advanced Store Cache and they did not say how often to do it. I just did it and it worked :-)
