Can't locate correct template to edit

Hi,

When a customer registers an new account a thank you for registering page appears . I want to edit the sentence "Account approval may be subject to revision, in this case we'll notify you once your account is active. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions" but for the life of me can't locate the template where I need to do this. Can anyone please point me in the correct direction before I lose what's left of my hair? Many thanks.

dkwsbc It's not in a template. Go: content-->titles & content-->Account Pages (Registration - Thank You): Header

That should get you to where you need to be.
