Is there a way to make reoccurring promotions? For example: If we wanted to have a "Friday Special" where every Friday Customers can take an extra 10% off, it will do so automatically? Without us having to create a new promotion every week? It would just enable every Friday at 12:01 AM and stop at 11:59 PM?

I don't think that's possible. However you can create promotions for several weeks ahead of schedule that turn on/off automatically.

Recurring promotions would be nice though.
