We offer free shipping on some items. When people choose "Free Shipping" we ship using the cheapest method available (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) We are having a problem with customers choosing "Free Shipping" and shipping to a PO Box. If they are located 3,000 miles away we are forced to pay up to $35 for USPS on some orders. We need the cart to force PO Box customers to pay for shipping.
Other than not shipping to PO Boxes at all does anyone have a workaround for this issue?
