Items on orders showing up with no name or ID number
Items on orders showing up with no name or ID number
Does anyone else have this issue. All of a sudden today some of our orders had items on them with no name. The price and quantity show up, but nothing else.

No, have not seen that before. Did you check the referral tab to look at the history?
It could just be a server hiccup that caused. I have seen some very weird things but they only happen once.
