UPS Collect option?

We have many customers that want us to ship their order via UPS collect to their account number. We cannot find a way to properly do this. Has anyone come up with a solution for this yet? I see many sites that offer this option, 3dcart must have some way to accomplish this ?

We have a note in the checkout above the comment box advising them that they can bill their UPS account. Not ideal, but its better than nothing.

"Need to bill a UPS 3rd party or receiver account? Enter the UPS account number and we'll remove the freight upon account number validation."
