Since the update shipstation is unable to connect to 3dcart. They say other users seem to be fine. I am curious if anyone has 7.4.1 and is using shipstation successfully?
It is working fine for us on 7.4.1. I hope you have it figured out by now. I know in the past sometimes Shipstation would "break" on its own and we would have to reach out to their support team.
The issue might have been indirectly caused by the upgrade. What happened were that some orders were created without the proper date stamp on the back end. When shipstation was trying to update them it was failing.
I had to move these to an order status that shipstation did not check, which solved the issue.
