Using Aweber for Newsletter Mailing List

Does anyone know how to pass subscribers from the store's built in Mailing List (Newsletter) to an Aweber list? I like the way my responsive theme is setup with the Newsletter subscription so I'd like to leave it in place, but have the subscribers automatically added to my Aweber list. Thanks!

DeanP Thanks for trying to help. I'm trying to pass the signups from the cart's built in "Newsletter" function to Aweber. I want to avoid replacing the cart's built in feature with my own Aweber forms. The cart hast the built in dynamic mobile form and the signup upon one page checkout. I think it would encounter a lot of trouble trying to replace some of those features.
