Site Down!

Been having intermittent slow response from our site the last several weeks. Now I can't access it at all. And chat says response time in under 4 hours. Gee thanks.

And now it is back. So frustrating.

And down again today. I am running out of patience.

It is back up. My monitoring site is not showing any downtime, but it is showing unusual spikes in response time. And we continue to get scattered complaints about it not working. Usually, it is a stable line under 250ms.

Heck you're doing better than I am. Running my response time for the last week I show max 973 ms Min 484 ms and average 610 ms. It's been all over the place, but slow is a good description

My site is down. I'm number 13 in line for Tech Support. Store and backend have been slow off and on for 2 weeks.

Yep same here, all of mine and all my clients more than likely as far as I can tell. put a ticket in a while ago right after the outage started

I see that but we cannot get to anything still, they probably should fix the problem first then update that.

think it's done automatically - they fix a server and then it posts - just a guess - looks like a DDOS attack - Identified - We are experiencing what seems to be a DDOS on our DNS server. We are actively working to mitigate the issue.
