our website has been having issues last 24 hours

WE keep getting pingdom alerts with our website being down and then coming back up about 5-15 mins in length throughout the night and day - I would say it's been going on 36 hours as I would have to look at our pingdom reports. Anyone else having issues?

Mine has gone down a few times. Put in a ticket for the first one and they sent me an email saying they recommend that I change my database type to a SQL one. I asked them what sort of a database I am now and why I am suddenly having issues but they just responded with only another time slot to migrate the database. So not sure what is going on.

Mine was up and down 8 times in two days a few days ago, each outage was 15 minutes
