Sitting on a boatload of orders and 3dcart server is down more than it is up - getting lots of errors from shipstation stating they can't connect to 3dcart server. Trying to ship packages quickly was and is a pain today! Please could someone keep an eye on the server between both platforms! The remote server is 3dcart. 06/21/2017 08:54 pm An error occurred attempting to update orders: The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable. 06/21/2017 08:20 pm An error occurred attempting to update orders: The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable. 06/21/2017 06:18 pm An error occurred attempting to update orders: The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable. 06/21/2017 06:01 pm Shipstation An error occurred attempting to update orders: The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable. 06/21/2017 02:57 pm An error occurred attempting to update orders: The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable. 06/21/2017 02:39 pm An error occurred attempting to update orders: The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable.

What the heck is happening between 3dcart and shipstation today?

Here's why it is important for the REST API to be working between our shipping software (shipstation) and 3dcart. When you process an order from shipstation to create a shipping label, the order goes to the "shipment" tab where it then notifies back to 3dcart to move the order that you just printed a shipping label for to the "shipped" tab at 3dcart. Then a shipping email is sent to the customer etc.
What is currently happening is sometimes shipstation can pull the orders over from 3dcart many times after numerous tries. Once the order is in shipstation we can print a shipping label for it and then the order is moved to the "shipment" tab at shipstation. At this point if all goes well we would see a green shopping cart icon to show that the shipment info was sent back to 3dcart and all is good.
Now what we see is red shopping cart icons showing us an error - this also causes the orders at 3dcart to sit in the "new" order or "processing" orders tabs depending where we have moved them. So the pain comes that when we are shipping 80 orders a day and only 2 of us here hustling things out the door and filling orders we have no idea what order has been shipped or not. We have to go into shipstation and start backtracking orders - it's a real pain in the you know where.
Did a couple orders just now and same issue going on - red shopping cart icons in shipstation and 3dcart orders still showing in "new" tab even though they have been shipped.
