Website down - version 8 must be rolling out

Fingers crossed as it seems like each time a new version is rolled out - our website is messed up and we have to spend half a day fixing everything and/or testing everything. Our site was designed by 3dcart so not sure if this is the problem since we do not use a template per se - hoping for the bets this rollout! Anyone with issues/glitches etc. please post so the rest of us can test those same issues and not be surprised by them.

sort of strange that our entire admin panel is down as well?

not sure it is version 8 rolling out - we were down a bit last night and now this am? We still had version 7 this am. Small number of store - why are we typically in the "small amount of stores"

still down - outage 3dcart status page stated all stores should be back up and working about 1 hour ago - we are not up - then status page reflected issues again - :confused:

An eCommerce system should never been down for hours. This used to happen in the old days. We all have to fight for every order with Amazon eating up our business. Weekends are our money days and this will hurt us again.

At least they're not rolling this one out during the holidays like they did the one...but I hear you on the Amazon competition and the weekend being the money days
