How to Bulk Load "ships by self"

Add a field in the csv file to "self_ship" set to 1 to self ship, 0 to ship with other items.

I'm uploading 1300 products by the import process. Anyone know how to bulk load the "ships by itself" option ? I don't see it as a field in any of the import CSV files.
