Is anyone else having problems with their shipping settings (mine seem to be all turned off and I'm on hold with tech support but I'm #5 in que, which is not a good sign) . A customer reported they couldn't check out because of a pop up window(trying to find out what it said from customer). I tried to do a test order and a shipping error pop up came up. Reentered everything and finally got it to go through. Went to check my shipping settings and they all seem to be turned off?
Ping reported that we were down a couple of times last night, I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
