Using new Reward Points PopUp

Hi - looking for some feedback on the new Reward points widget/popup - anybody used it yet? I'm trying this without a developer - so dropped the widget text as instructed on my content page - but nothing works.

Am I missing a set of instructions? I would like to give this a try - my current reward points are pretty successful in attracting customers.

mstarkman I see the rewards popup button displaying on your website but the popup is not showing. The only solution I think of is to enable quick view module(modules > quick view), clear cache and test it. I know its weird but I hope it will work. Please let me know if that worked. Good Luck

Thanks cartexpert - didn't work though. I had to disable and have been told they are working on it. :(
