What is this new 'Label' Column?

We show a new Column named 'label' within our orders. What is this and can we remove it? It seems to take up space that we can use for more useful things on this page. Any help to hide this column would be great.

In my case it show when customer responded to abandoned cart script email and placed order ..... didn't even noticed until your post ..

I just noticed that myself this morning. All blank and pretty useless to me.
